7-Day Return Policy

• If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 7 days, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice and original tags. Our designated courier partner will collect the item from your address and return it to us.
• Important: Returns sent via any courier service other than our authorized logistics partner will not be accepted.

Return Charges (Domestic Orders)

• For orders within India, our courier partner will collect the product from the address you provide. Customers are not required to pay any shipping charges for returning the item.
• How to Initiate the Refund Process
  • Contact Garden Vareli Customer Support at +91 6357459213 or email customercare@gardenvareli.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Do not return the product until you receive a confirmation email from Garden Vareli authorizing the return.
  • Ensure the product is in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, securely packed. The courier partner will not accept packages that are unsealed.
  • Include the invoice inside the return package. Returns without these documents will not be processed.
• Note: Requests made after 7 days from the date of product receipt will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

• For products shipped within India, customers are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and verified. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and the invoice. If these conditions are not met, the refund may be declined.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or by cheque (only if the original debit/credit card used is no longer active).
  • For online payments, the refund will be completed within 7–15 working days after the product reaches Garden Vareli’s warehouse.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    • Customers will need to provide their UPI / Bank Transfer details.
    • All refunds will be initiated within 3 working days once such details are shared and verified by Garden Vareli Customer care team.

Garden Vareli Product Notes

• The actual color of the product may differ slightly from the images displayed online.
• Due to the unique nature of each style / piece, the dimensions and weight of the saree (including the attached blouse piece) may vary slightly from the stated specifications.
• The company does not guarantee the color, purity, or content of zari unless explicitly mentioned on the product.
• Garden Vareli shall not be held responsible for any claims related to special, indirect, remote, economic, or consequential loss or damage.
• All legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.

• We regret to inform you that product exchanges are not available for items purchased through our website. However, customers may opt to return the product as per the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
