FABRIC
The company's production facilities boast of one of India's most sophisticated textile plants at Vareli, Surat (Western India). Its weaving plant comprising Nissan and Tsudakoma waterjet looms - the highest number of waterjet looms under one roof in India - and rapier looms, automatic shuttle change looms etc, high-tech yarn preparatory machines viz, ziro-twist-sizing, draw-warping, texturising and twisting machines, have a capacity of over 42 Lac meters/month of greige fabric. The plant has an ISO 9002 certification by BVQI. The company also markets high quality dyed and printed fabrics which it gets manufactured from associated firms.

EXTENSIVE MARKETING
Garden's impressive marketing network encompasses 68 dealers, 18 company owned depots and 293 retail outlets in over 65 cities in India. Garden fabrics are also available in a host of countries including the U.K., France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Middle East and Gulf countries, the U.S.A., Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Mauritius, South Africa and Brazil.

POLYESTER FILAMENT YARN (PFY)
A state-of-the-art PFY spinning plant at Jolwa near Surat, manufactures bright, cationic, full dull and semi-dull POY. It specializes in micro filament POY yarn upto 0.4 dpf. Compact parallel lines reduce yarn tension enabling excellent winding at high speed without use of godets.

PROCESSED YARN
Garden's draw twisting machines, draw warping machines and sizing machines produce high quality flat yarns, which occupy premium status in the market. Garden specializes in bright, full, dull, cationic, micro, low shrink and bishrinkage yarns.

APPAREL
The apparel division of Garden Silk Mills Ltd. manufactures and markets Vareli Business shirts and ready to wear ladies garments. These apparels are sold across the country.

EXPANSION
Garden is expanding its draw twisting, draw warping and polyester spinning capacities.
